Privacy Policy
At Tuscan Farms Karjat, we value and respect your privacy.
All personal information shared with us, including name, contact details, government ID, and payment details, will be kept strictly confidential and used only for booking and communication purposes.
We do not share guest details with any third-party vendors, except when required by law or government authorities.
Government-approved photo identification is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in. PAN cards are not accepted.
Tuscan Farms reserves the right to use images/videos taken during your stay for internal records or promotional purposes only with prior guest consent.
Cancellation Policy
Advance Payment: Advance payment is mandatory to block booking dates.
Strict Cancellation Policy: Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations are non-refundable unless unavoidable restrictions are imposed by the Government of India (e.g., lockdowns, travel bans).
No-Show: Guests who fail to check in on the booking date will be charged the full booking amount.
Date Changes: Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and management approval.
Force Majeure: Tuscan Farms shall not be held responsible for cancellations or changes caused by unforeseen events beyond our control (natural calamities, power failures, strikes, etc.).
General Rules & Regulations
To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests, we request you to follow these rules:
Check-in & Stay
Check-in time is 1:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
ID proof of all guests must be submitted at check-in. PAN cards are not accepted.
Only the person whose name is mentioned in the booking confirmation will be coordinated with regarding management/staff matters.
Payments & Security
Balance payment and a refundable security deposit of ₹5000 must be cleared at check-in.
Any damage or loss to the property, furniture, appliances, or decor will be charged to the guest.
Use of Property
Cooking is not allowed at the property.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
No drinks or hookah are allowed in the pool.
Drinking and eating inside the pool is strictly prohibited.
No music is allowed outdoors after 10:00 PM. Music may only be played at a low volume indoors.
Pets are welcome, but guests will be fully responsible for their care and any damages caused.
Prohibited Activities
Gambling, contraband, prostitution, illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, inflammable objects, and pungent food are strictly prohibited.
Sticking anything on walls, altering/moving furniture, or any kind of modification is not permitted.
Any misuse of amenities will result in penalties or fines (minimum ₹2000).
Any police complaints or fines arising during the stay will be the sole responsibility of the guest.
Pool & Safety
The pool does not have a lifeguard. Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
Tuscan Farms management is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during the stay.
Electronics & Utilities
Essential electronics (AC, geysers, fridge, microwave, etc.) are provided for guest use. In case of malfunction, the management will coordinate with technicians but cannot guarantee immediate replacement.
Backup power is available; however, it does not include karaoke or heavy appliances.
Disclaimer
Tuscan Farms Karjat will not be responsible for:
Any accidents, theft, or loss of belongings during the stay.
Any inconvenience caused due to unavoidable events such as weather conditions, government regulations, or equipment failure.
We kindly request all guests to respect the property, staff, and surrounding environment.
